Uniform Warehouse respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 ("POPIA") and other applicable South African laws.

SECTION 4 – ONLINE STORE AND VIRTUEMART

Our website uses VirtueMart to provide online shopping functionality.

Information entered through our online store may be processed and stored as necessary to operate the website, maintain customer accounts, process orders, manage products and provide our services.

Access to personal information is limited to authorised persons and service providers who require access in order to perform their duties or provide services to us.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENTS

Customers may make payment using the payment methods made available on our website, which currently include Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and PayFast.

Where you choose to pay by EFT, we may receive and retain information necessary to identify and reconcile your payment, such as your payment reference, amount paid and relevant transaction information.

Where you choose PayFast, payment information is processed through PayFast and is subject to PayFast's own terms, security measures and privacy practices.

Uniform Warehouse does not intentionally collect or store complete card details through the normal PayFast checkout process. Customers should review PayFast's privacy information for further information about how payment information is processed by PayFast.

SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may use third-party service providers to assist us in operating our business and website, including payment processors, hosting providers, delivery or courier companies, information technology providers and other service providers.
